Step by step how to manage two-factor authentication (2FA)
Enabling 2FA
Log in to your Taming Sari account and open the Profile menu by clicking the "Profile" on the side menu.
Click "Enable 2FA" button to activate the two-factor authentication.
Once the user clicks on the Enable 2FA button, a QR code will appear. The user will use Google Authentication App and scan the QR code.
On the Google Authenticator App, a code cycle every 30-second and the user will use the 6-digit code to enter it on the textbox before clicking the Confirm enable 2FA button.
Once the user clicks the Confirm enable 2FA button, a message will appear stating that two-factor authentication is successfully enabled.
Disable 2FA
The user will navigate to the Profile page by clicking the Profile in the side menu.
In the Manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section, the user will enter the secret key from the Google Authenticator App and click the Disable 2FA button.
Once the user clicks the Disable 2FA button, a message box will appear asking for confirmation before the user clicks OK.
After the user clicks OK, a message will appear stating that the 2FA is disabled successfully.
